I would never do that... double the blinds then I think about.

Might be +ev though but kind of doubt it.

I don't like it, there's no need for it, and $11'ers love calling with 44 here because they "put you on AK" (or KJo because they "put you on a small pair").

You have got three limpers ... there is a big probability that a small pair or weak ace (not to mention the dreaded KQs) will decided to come along for the ride.

Check seems a better choise.

youre misusing the PVS type move here....use it when yorue shorter then this (usually between 10 and 20 bb depending on limpers and villains stack sizes), more FE based on stacks and a better hand...as stated, 11s players will call with Ax/low pp's here so you want to be ahead of their range, even when called. not +EV here

Definitely a bad move
your hand isnt good enough, and the buy in is low enough that people will call you. also your stack is big enough that this is not neccessary

Just to add onto my previous post and the above comment by AMT

This type of move is one that Tigerite explained, when I bitched about not being able to get in a decent push when playing speeds where everybody limped all the time in a ancient post of mine.

The blinds have to be bigger, but the idea is not as much to steal everything but hopefully get a coinflip there the dead money from the limpers that fold and blinds gives you a nice 2-1 wager on your money.

Here it just plain sucks IMO.

Ok, I agree with you guys, so, how much should be your Stack/BB ratio to do this kind of move ?
And what's your range to do it ?
