Something Ive always been confused about. And Im sure its a stupid question. But Ive read you want tight player on your left and loose players on your right. Is this like if you were sitting at the table for real? Or facing your monitor?

You want a tight player to act AFTER you and a loose player to act BEFORE you.
So if your on the button ideally the loose player will be in the cutoff and MP3, MP2 etc. And the tight players in the blinds. Answer your question? |

Wouldn't you also like a tricky tight player to act before you?

Is this like if you were sitting at the table for real? Or facing your monitor? [/ QUOTE ] That would depend if your were on the upper part of the table or the lower part. When someone says you want to sit with a certain player on your right, think of it as if you actually were sitting at the table. |

If your sitting at your computer looking at your monitor, your facing it. In which case if your at the bottom of the table then its like your sitting at the table for real. But if your at the top of the table then its reverse. Thats why I wanted to know if you treated it like your really sitting at the table. Which is what I was thinking.
