25NL, 6 handed, keep pushing with KA? (no reads)
My first thread here, sorry for any stupid [censored] if there will be any
Anyway, one of the first hands on the PP 25NL table, no reads at all :[ Hero ($25) Button ($18.50) SB ($22.30) BB ($11.20) UTG ($41.04) Preflop: Hero is MP with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $0.25. SB posts a blind of $0.10. UTG calls $0.25, Hero (poster) raises to $1.25, 3 folds, UTG calls $1.25. Flop: ($3.35) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players) UTG checks, Hero bets $2, UTG calls $2. Turn: ($7.35) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players) UTG checks, Hero checks. River: ($7.35) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players) UTG checks, Hero checks. Final Pot: $7.35 |

Re: 25NL, 6 handed, keep pushing with KA? (no reads)
You have many options in this hand.
1. Second Barrel the Turn 2. Check Turn / PSB river - i see many people play at the moment playing made flushes on the turn exactly that way 3. Check it down if you dont hit or fold to a bet So since you have no reads i assume you were new to the table. In such situations i prefer to go slow and not getting into situations which costs me too much money, til i collect reads or have a strong hand. On this concrete hand though, i would 3/4pot-bet on the turn again since you picked up the nut flush draw + straight draw, so he will likely call or fold (his hand looks really weak - maybe a low/middle PP) and check the river too and you can have a free showdown if you like. |

I like to lead the turn here.

Looks fine except I'd c-bet this for 3/4-full pot.
