The guy is new to table and I have no reads. Should c/c or push?

To fold better hands? Since I don't have position, If I put another 50$ on the turn and he calls and river blanks, he can easily steal the pot from me even if he only has some kind of draw (or maybe people don't often do that in NL?). A push would probably make him fold small PP or a T.

It's very probable that my logic is flawed but I am new to NL.

Unless he's a calling station, he shouldn't calling two large bets with the non-nut flush draw on a monotone board. I wouldn't worry too much about being taken off the best hand on the river. If he calls turn, you're probably beat.

If the stacks were deeper, you might be able to c/r all-in. I would either fire $50 or so or just c/f to a reasonable bet. Not sure.
