bat file problems with Ongame
I set up some mods for PokesPoker using the instructions in this thread and it worked fine on my computer. My brother liked it so I tried to set it up on his computer too. However when I try and create the bat file I don't get the pop up message (If you change a file name extension, the file may become unusable) like I did on mine and it stays in a text format. He uses XP like me. Any ideas why I can't change this file to a .bat file? Thanks as I'm a computer idiot.

Re: bat file problems with Ongame
It may be because on his computer he does not have it set to show the file extensions for known file types. In My Computer, go to Tools>Folder Options> then click the View tab, and then uncheck "Hide file extensions of known file types."
See if that works... |
