Default Hampton Roads, VA... Card Rooms

Does anyone in the Southern Virginia Hampton Roads/Virgina Beach area know of any Card rooms in the area? I'll be staying there for a couple months and so far haven't had any luck finding anything...

Thanks in advance for any responses...

PM me...

Closest legal poker is Atlantic City, but you probably know that.

You'd think with all the Navy population that there must be some underground games there, but clubs might be asking a bit much.

Your best bet is the borgata 3hr car drive + 3hr ferry ride.

If the ferry takes that long, wouldn't it be quicker just to cross at the Delaware Memorial Bridge?

You are in the Black Hole of Poker. Your best bet is to hit up the local free tourney scene and see who has a home game going. check out either mypocketaces.com or 96x.fm.....

There are definitely games in that area. I grew up there and had a lot of places to play due a lot to the military population blowing their paychecks. A decent number of cops play and host too. A few used to advertise their game on homepokergames.com. I can't give you any specific info as I haven't lived there for a little over a year but they're out there if you can find em.

Ferry takes about 1 hour from Delaware to Cape May, NJ. I assume that's the one you are talking about. Need to time it to get to ferry terminal when ferry is leaving.

Thanks for the Tips guys... Well, i guess my only option besides a 6-7 hour trip is to hit up some free bar tournaments and ask around...

I'll also check out that home page you guys left...

Thanks again, Peace out
