Default AK vs all-in

Villian is 31/29/1 after a small sample of 29 hands. He has $153 and hero covers.

Prima 1/2 6-handed

Preflop: Hero is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Villian raises UTG to 8, 1 fold, Hero raises to 28, 3 folds, Villian goes all-in for 126 more, Hero..?

Easy call, right?

How deep must the effective stacks be for it to become a fold?

29 hands is really irrelevant, unless you've seen some of his raising hands. I would probably fold this.
