Re: How was this played?
Without reads I fold this preflop.
I don't like the flop bet. Betting so small is just asking for people to think you are weak and raise then you don't know where you stand. |

Re: How was this played?
Folding this preflop is not good unless the raiser's a known nit. I reraise this quite a bit actually.
Your bet sizing is bad. You need to be betting closer to the size of the pot (at least 2/3), not just here, but always. Betting $2 does a lot of things you don't want. First, you don't get enough value out of what is probably the best hand. Second, you don't protect your hand against heart draws or even middle pair drawing to two pair/trips. Third, it looks weak and lagtards like me will bluff raise you off it making it harder to play. |

[ QUOTE ] Without reads I fold this preflop. [/ QUOTE ] Why ? [/ QUOTE ] AJ could easily be dominated and we have horrible relative position after the flop to the PFR. If table is loose enough I could see justifying a call, but no one is going to talk down on ditching AJ preflop here. Bet closer to the pot on the flop. |

I don't know much about full-ring, but still it's a call right ? |

If you're postflop skillz are such that you can get away from a bigger ace without too much hassle then it's worth a call. |
