50NL bluff outs
<font color="green">Thanks to 2+2, this is the latest in my bag of tricks. With an OESD and two suits on the board, I'm going to represent a flush draw as well.
1. Is this a good spot for this play or just FPS at this level? Did I execute it properly? 2. No strong read on villain. Seems solid. Should I know more about villain (tight vs. calling station) before making this play? 3. What do you think villain had? Re: 50NL bluff outs
You got the 14 to 1 on your three clean outs anyways.
Nice hand, I like it. |

Re: 50NL bluff outs
No, thank goodness. It did cross my mind when the river fell. Villain flopped a set and my straight improved to a flush. I think villain misplayed the flop (should've bet full pot).
Results: BB has Js Jh (three of a kind, jacks). Hero has 8s 9s (flush, nine high). Outcome: Hero wins $72.65. |
