This should perhaps go under the category of "things you should never post". But, I feel that mentioning it might help me succeed.
As those of you who know me are aware, [understatement] I could stand to lose a little weight [/understatement]. So I figured I'd try the diet that Astroglide posted about for the month of September. link If you don't want to read it, the rules are simple: 1. only eat things for which you know the exact calorie count. 2. consume between 1200-1400 calories every day. No exercise is required. Who's with me? |

if this is a drastic change for you then you may not lose any weight at all...your body might go into starvation mode since its getting so few calories...
