So I was outside unplanned for a couple hours today. Started out I was just gunna pull a few weeds, and then I got gung ho with bush trimming and what not, and it turned into a couple hour ordeal. I never put on sunscreen since I have a base tan and only planned on being outside for 20-30 mins tops.
2 hours since my exposure and my back is already full on lobster red. Im scared about what its gunna be like tomorrow if its already this bad a couple hours after the fact. Does anyone have any suggestions for things I can do that will help? I put on some banana boat after sun lotion, and took a vitamin C and plan on drinking LOTS of water. Anything else I need to be doing? |

Isn't ibuprofen like the only thing that actually helps?

They make aloe with lidocaine in it to actually numb the skin. Drink lots of water, don't use any lotions.
