Default Does any know the US Party games boss name?

I am getting a total run around talking to Party about a software issue they have. I have asked to speak with their US Games boss, and they Manager at Party said he did not know who this person is. He did say that if I called back and asked for this person by name he would get back to me.

One area where Party is better than the other sites is the ability to call them up when there is a problem. The problem is they are instructed to tell you first that it is not their problem.

I called Party and posted several months ago about the problem of having the Big Blind two hands in a row on the same table in the middle of a tournament. They said that is the way it is supposed to be, but it isn't that way anywhere else.

Today I was playing in a $11 MTT. There were 3 tables left, and I had all of them up. We then went from 21 to 20 players, and I got moved from table 3 to table 1. I could see my cards, QQ. I did not have the buttons to bet. I still had table 2 up, and could see activity. I got out of table 1, and resigned on. It let me, I could see my cards again, but still no ability to bet. I pushed the "Away" button on the bottom left, and that did no good.

I called up Party, and their only answer was that I had a connection problem. I am a constant user of Party Software. I am also very strong with computers. I was a VP of Finance at one point, and had a 7 person IT Department report to me.

This is not a connection problem. The folks in India are only trying to get me off the phone. The problem still exists and there is noone to talk to at Party about it.

If you know who to talk to, please let me know. Also, if you have had this problem before, please let me know.

Thanks, Brian
