Best place in Atlantic City for $2/5, $5/10 NL and daily MTTs

I'm going to AC over the holiday weekend, and was wondering if people had any advice on where the best $2/5 and $5/10 NL games are (and $1/2 NL for the girlfriend). How comparable are these games (as in players' styles, and difficulty level) to those in Vegas and LA? Also, do any of the casinos run daily MTTs under $200? This will be my first time playing on the east coast since moving out here, so I appreciate all the help I can get. By the way, sorry if this post is in the wrong section. I don't post here much.

60% of the 2/5 players stink. This w/e will be even better. Trop, Borg, anywhere the young gurus in their shades, hockey jerseys and Yankee caps are located.

indeed. I was in the Taj last night, teaching this chick to play poker. I ambled over to watch some of the 2/5 action and was astonished at how soft it was. Really made me want to sit.

1-2NL is everywhere.

2-5NL you'll need at least a second-string room (Hilton/Harrah's/Showboat)

5-10NL you probably won't find outside the big three (Borgata/Tropicana/Taj)

Daily tournaments are everywhere. Weekends are the usually the only times they offer bigger buy-ins (200/300/500), but there are still plenty of smaller (100 and under) options. 78suited has a schedule page.

Thanks for the responses. Looks like the Borgata will be my prime stop. For those of you that have experience, how much tougher are the $5/10 NL games than the $2/5 games? Also, are they capped at a $1000 buyin?

$1-2 games are everywhere. The players are terrible and will probably be worse over the holiday weekend. Be prepared for big swings in your stack

$2-5 the games are pretty soft. You'll see the full range of players from bad to good. About equal to the crowd you'd find at 5-10 limit.

$5-10 The players are a lot better at this level. Not tough but a lot better than the weakies you'll find at the lower stakes. Almost like moving up to $20-40 limit.

You'll find the most game selection and nicest room at Borgata BUT be warned that the floorpeople at Borgata are bad. I saw too many idiotic decisions there and will probably never go back.

5/10 is 300min 1500max.

Some good players, but thier easy to spot, lots of weak spots. If you get stuck at a table thats playing tight and has lots of TAGs, ask for a table change, this is the only place in AC that will have multiple 5-10 games going.

i was at trop playing 2/5 and 5/10 last night. and both were nitfests.

i ended up winning some money, but it was the most boring 8 hours of my life.
