Wow, I just tilted! I need help!

So, I just posted a nut hand that I played a little differently than my normal style. I flopped a straight, lost to a draw, yada...Happens all the time. Then I pussed out on a couple TPTK hands facing a lot of aggression. One hand was against a reg, and I am cool with it. The other was a nut, that I found out 2 hands later, I should've called. Strangely, today it is affecting me more than normal.

In any case, I think this hand is how I tilt. I am justifying the play to myself right now, and I need to be told if I am off. Like many thinking people, I tend to justify my actions, regardless of how irrational they are.

MP is 28/0/1.9 after 220 hands, so I know I am up against some shiz.

That said, I don't know if this was THAT bad. Let me know.

This is not my normal line, but at the time I figured there was enough in the pot to make this +EV. Add a little fold equity, and Im good. Besides, if I call and hit, I prob don't get paid off.

It's good. SB will stay in the pot with that small raise from MP, which means if flush hits he'll be very reluctant to pay up, and even then it's not to the nuts. MP likes his hand, which means he won't let you draw cheaply on the turn. Put it in.

You don't need fold equity, even if flop the nuts you have significant equity to call an all in.

Thanks guys. I needed to step away a bit. The only way I was going crazy is cuz I thought about playing the hand differently! Time to quit being a variance wuss and play more hands.
