I'm more worried about why the magic word is "Hezbollah."

But when he turns over the top card (blue one) its pretty clear he's turning over two cards at once.

This is correct, but only part of it.

There is a blue 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] in the deck to begin with.

Here's making it seem like the cards are choosen at random but they are not. The 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] that he first chooses is not a a blue card. It's red, he just puts it back in the deck underneath the blue 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and then when he removes the blue card he leaves the 8 in the deck. He shows the red 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and then just puts it back in the deck.

Never believe anything a slight of hand artist tells you. It's all misdirection.

There was a better video of the explanation, but that one seems to have disappeared. Here is another one. The guy explaining is quite annoying and speaks reaaaaaally slooowly, so it's a 3 minute explanation that this guy takes 6 minutes to explain.

I like how Greg Solomon signs off at the end like a newscaster.

I used to do card tricks, havent seen this one before, but I can tell you the way he choses the case 8d at the start is by making a tiny very light dot in the top corner of the card on the boarder.

An observer who doesn't know this will never spot it.

And other poster was right about the double lift with the blue card.

That makes no sense.... the initial card chosen does not matter. The only card other than the blue card inserted into the deck that matters is the card that matches it (the blue card) in this case the 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

This is a fairly straight forward trick. A free selection, false shuffle and a double lift. Twice.
