400nl tough spots w/ sets

In both of these hands the relatively small river bets sucked me in to making crying calls. Anyway I should've played either set differently?

2nd hand, I would have bet the turn. Otherwise both played fine. I don't get many sets therefore I tend to ride them out.

maybe this is me being a nit, but just bet closer to pot on both of those flops. 16, 30 respectively.

the rest of the hand is played fine.

hand 1: i like to raise pf.. making the turn call, i dont see how you can fold the river.. you need some reads on these players to get some hand ranges.. i guess if he had cold called JT behind you, he can cc 78/89 also..

hand 2: i probably bet almost pot on flop.. i dont think i can fold the river getting 3.2:1..he might have had the Ac and wanted to see a river.. then made a stupid bluff on the river..
