Default PP 50 NL 6 max AKo

Villain in this hand was sorta loose and aggro, but not noticeably so. I figured after he called the flop that villain had a J, K, draw or PP. I checked the turn to keep the pot small in case he had a J and to induce a bet from a worse K or PP. Then the flush hit and I felt stupid. I called the river because the bet was so small.

Your opponent can call you on flop with that kind of hand range: KJ JJ 22 QK KT AJ QJ JT AQ TQ and any suited spades connector

You probably win against the half of the possible hands he might have on turn, so you can bet a little 2/3 pot sized bet on turn and fold to a raise.

The weak lead+call is quite often a draw. Please bet the turn, fold to a raise.
