Default OT: PartyPoker disappearing buttons, vol II

I don't know if this is a problem for anyone but me, but today , in my last set (12 tournaments), the buttons would disappear every 1-2 minutes. It would happen like this:

First the timer would go baserk, only giving me 3-6 seconds to respond, instead of the default, thus forcing a lot of windows on me at once.
Due to that, I was ofcourse not able to respond in time, and I would sit out, and shortly after loose the buttons.

I know of atleast two times where I had to fold aces pf, and I missed numerous push and call situations that should've been profitable.

How do you normally go by this with regards to getting a refund from partypoker? I know it's only 22s, but still a quite serious issue if it's happening to more people.

There's virtually no chance they'll give you a refund. Since they fixed the speeds, I haven't had any buttons disappear.

Me neither, until the last set today. Played like 40 speeds before the problematic set with no problems.

But the timer issue i described should at least make them consider a refund, right? That has got to be a problem on their end...

Moving to stars is out of the question due to tax law here in Denmark...

Yup, Party has a license on Gibraltar, which technically is a part of EU (tax wise). Due to a ruling in Sweden regarding taxing of lottery-winnings in other EU-countries, the danish IRS doesn't tax winnings won within EU. PokerStars has a license somewhere else...

So if you played at pokerstars you would have to pay taxes on your winnings like the rest of us?
