Default Wow, no wonder everyone hates shortstacks in NL

Shortstacking is like a money tree. Retards give their money away to shortstacks like it's going out of style. Just played a 120 hand extended Dids session of 1/2 NL minbuying. Lost 2 "buyins" with AQ vs AK and a top pair and straight and flush draw from a free big blind against a made straight and higher flush draw. Ended up about 4 "buyins". People call off $40 with 66 on a 54Q monotone flop after I raised to $20 preflop with TT. YES I RAISED TO TWENTY DOLLARS PREFLOP BECAUSE THERE WERE 7 LIMPS AND I STILL GOT TWO CALLS AND STILL WON AFTER I GOT CALLED ON THE FLOP. I had K8 reraise my $10 or $8 or whatever pfr vs my AK and we get it in and he loses. $160 obviously isn't that much money, I just can't believe how moronic these guys are.

If tonight's experiment is any indication of how poorly the already retarded players in NL adjust to shortstacks, you ballas can expect to see me ruining your 10-20 NL games very soon. The biggest problem so far is that it's boring and I have trouble playing more than 4 tables when I have to quit a table to rathole my precious winnings after some idiot donates to me.

that's great, but don't post this kind of stuff, you are just influencing others to do the same and further ruin the action in these games

Nice run man, however, from what what I understand you suck at taking shots, so I'd imagine you'll be back at the 1-2NL soon enough.

Don't worry, in all likelihood I will lose like 20 buyins tomorrow doing this and get bored of it and make a long, boring complain post here in BBV.

You summed it up nicely:

- money tree
- boring
- difficult playing many tables because of ratholing
- lose 20 buyins with AK vs AQ, AK vs KQ, etc = tehsuck
- you're basically playing a donkament = you play only preflop and on flop and on the flop you're often pot-committed.

Yeah this is one of the worst beats, but at least I can quit this donkament at any time, which is good, because I got bored of it really fast tonight.

I even managed to escape one huge trap with my expert YEEHAW NO LIMIT TEXAS HOLDEM postflop play in this hand, though my stack was somewhat deeper than I thought:

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (7 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($59.76)
BB ($174.34)
UTG ($330.37)
MP1 ($83.85)
MP2 ($190)
Hero ($71.20)
Button ($198.13)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.
1 fold, MP1 raises to $4, 1 fold, Hero raises to $15, 2 folds, BB calls $13, MP1 calls $11.

Flop: ($46) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, MP1 checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($46) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, MP1 bets $5, Hero folds, BB calls $5.

River: ($56) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, MP1 checks.

Final Pot: $56

Results in white below:
BB has As 7d (two pair, aces and sevens).
MP1 has Qs Kd (two pair, queens and fours).
Outcome: BB wins $56.

I would have pulled the awesome suckout on the river, but that's not the point.
