Well, first bet more on the flop. More like 250-300. There are straight draws and flush draws and you want to try to drive them out or at least make them pay to draw to their hand.

As played, it looks like villian probably hit his flush and is now telegraphing his hand to you. Be happy he's telegraphing it and call the 400 more. Re-evaluate on the river.

If board pairs, push all-in as he'll call of his stack with the flush.
