Default Overpair under attack

My image is pretty aggressive, I've been playing about 30/18 for the past hour and a half. Haven't tangled with this Villain much though.

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $.25 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero ($50.25)
MP ($12.75)
Button ($18.20)
SB ($37.40)
BB ($6.70)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Hero raises to $0.95, 2 folds, SB calls $0.85, 1 fold.

Flop: ($2.15) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets $2.15, Hero calls $2.15.

Turn: ($6.45) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets $5, Hero calls $5.

River: ($16.45) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: $16.45

I just called on the flop because I wasn't sure how I would have to react if he 3-bet and also because I didn't want him to fold a middle pair like 99. On the turn I called intending to probably fold to another strong bet on the river. Once he checks should I bet for value or is too thin?

In the heat of the moment I'm sure I'd raise the flop to at least $7. Given your image, I wouldn't even hate getting all-in here, I can't put villain on AA-QQ and he's more likely to go full speed ahead with TT-77 given your image. Given your flop call, I like the turn call and I'd probably fire $10 on the river, I don't think he'd raise that without having me beat but may call (again, primarily looking to get value from TT-77).

Raise to about $7.50 on this flop. You were the aggressor PF why would you not be after the flop. Represent that strong hand that you have previously indicated. If he 3 bets you can worry about that then.

In this situation, if you are 3 bet I would be pushing. I would think villain would reraise QQ+ PF unless he is being tricky. Therefore, I would expect to see A6, 77, 88, 99, 10s a lot of the time.

How the hand was played out and that weak flop call it looks like it was played alright since I would want to get to showdown cheap since I don't really know where I stand. I think he may be betting on the come with a FD though.

this is fine. If he fires the third barrel, I would fold.

I think this looks fine. It is a little passive, but villain is essentially making the same bets that hero should make.

A river value bet is very thin here. Looking at villain's range, hero will either get a fold or a check raise here much of the time so checking behind is not horrible. JJ is a tough hand and I really don't mind the passive line here. Hero got into what I would consider to be a reasonably priced showdown.

4_2, i think a river bet here is thin to the point of ridiculousness. I agree we will get folded to or c/r well over 75% of the time.

I'd think you were up against a FD, low PP, or something like A6. I'd raise the flop for value.

I figure I'm ahead on the flop vast majority of the time, but vs a hand with decent equity. Usually wait for a brick turn to bomb it. You played it fine.
