PLO8 - Scoop draw on Flop/Turn, worth your stack?
Assume: PLO8 ~$25
Under what conditions is it generally correct to push scoop draws? For example: On the Flop you have: A234 AND Asss (or top set); you raise and get RR AI On the Turn you have: A234 AND Asss (or top set); you raise and get RR AI I am interested also on exactly what changes (if at all) due to # of opponents, stack sizes, reads, tendencies, etc. Thanks -ZEN |

Great...I'm THAT guy!
I guess this was a stupid question and the answer is "always". If I ask when NOT to push could I get a reply? -ZEN |

Re: PLO8 - Scoop draw on Flop/Turn, worth your stack?
i could tell you when not to push. but if you have a strong scoop draw on the flop, always push. like NFD and NLD....always get it in (unless board is paired).

whats the hell is Asss? [/ QUOTE ] Ace suited...suited... (four cards to nut flush). The question is, when you have both nut draws is it correct to push every time: A.) on the flop - and/or B.) on the turn. Sorry for the ambiguity, I'm an asss! -ZEN |

Yeah...
I have been pushing all my situations like this: A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] on a board of: K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and : K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] on a board of K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] I don't want to be results oriented, so I am asking if experienced PLO8 players here (consider lower buy-ins) always get it AI in these situations (even if HU). I really appreciate any help. -ZEN |
