AJs agro early + river sexy

MP was a bit of a LAGTAG. I had played a few hundred hands with him on previous occasions and about 20 this session. He is better than most at these stakes and theres a good chance he's a winner. I dont remember any stats but maybe 30/18/2 or something.

I know most people (me included) probably dont give pf much thought when reading posted hands, but how is 3 betting here? I was a little torn but i think i made the right choice.

Bet every time or maybe c/r? Surely he is never taking a free card.

I like 3 betting PF because it gives UTG and BB chances to fold.

In the heat of battle I would try to c/r the turn and if that failed, try to c/r the river. If both checked through I would feel really stupid.

I don't know what's optimal as I suck at analysing turn/riv situations.

I think there's room for a sexy here. But I think I prefer a turn c/r, as I don't think you will get the chance to bet-3-bet the turn with the 3rd diamond enough.
