I'm really struggling trying to figure out which call is worse, any thoughts?

I'm really struggling trying to figure out which call is worse, any thoughts? [/ QUOTE ] First call is worse than the second. Second call is fairly automatic getting 3-1 with OP's stack size. Not that I think either call is particularly terrible, but I'm grading on a curve here. |

Re: This is So freaking second level
Is this good play?
I see Hero gaining marginal +EV (like 700 chips or so) while running a 3 : 1 risk of dropping from a solid second in chips to a 4th with a substantial loss of future FE??? equity (%) win (%) tie (%) Hand 1: 36.7902 % 35.18% 01.61% { 66+, AJs+, KJs+, QJs, JTs, AJo+, KJo+, QJo } Hand 2: 36.7902 % 35.18% 01.61% { 66+, AJs+, KJs+, QJs, JTs, AJo+, KJo+, QJo } Hand 3: 26.4196 % 26.25% 00.17% { 6s5s } --- ??? |

Re: This is So freaking second level
Well I was just joking, but I'll take a shot anyway
Umm, first call is bad because villian in the hand is so shallow, there's no way 54s is gonna pay off often enough here. With a read that villian is weak I could see calling and putting him to the test postflop, but like I say this is kinda tough because of how shallow villian is. I'd also rather be CO and Button to try this, but I suppose it's not bad from hijack and co. I'm not at all sure we're winning 1 time in 4 against the 2 villians, and truthfully I suspect we're probably not. |

Re: This is So freaking second level
it's not awful. it's not great, either. i would rather that
1)the original raiser had more chips and 2)your suited connector was higher, like an 87s or 98s. |

Re: This is So freaking second level
Wow, both calls are horrible.
First call: never going make enough to justify that call. Second call: If even one of them has a pair you are about a 5.5-to-1 underdog againts that single person. Was this post a joke? lol |
