Villain is 31/8 and 1.
I have seen him raise A5s UTG, wait until the turn to raise a pf raiser with A10o on AQ7 all diamonds without a diamond, and make other generally foolish plays.

Should I bet this river intending to get value from 66-99, check call or bet fold?

I think you should bet-call the river.

I don't really expect you to get raised, but some players will do it, expecting to chop. So I don't think you have an easy fold or anything.

A must bet against this player. You won't only get value from 66-99, but also 33-55 or him hoping to split more often than you think. Against this opponent I will also pay off raise. Him being on a Q or PP higher than TT isn't likely enough for me to fold to a raise and he seems to be able to make weird bluffs.

bet this river every time. everytime. fold to a raise tho/ thats a bit closer having read the player info. probably closer ur eyes and call.
