Default J-10 flop is J-4-5

YOU: Jd10c

middle position, everyone folds to you, you raise 3-4x BB

everyone folds to button, who calls

blinds fold

FLOP Jh-4s-5s

you: BET half pot

button: CALL

TURN is a 2c

you: BET half pot

button RE-RAISE ALL-IN about 3x size of pot

your stack is about 5x size of pot

easy fold, but my real question is, when you have J-10 or Q-J, how far do you take top pair? up to a raise? he probably cant have a flush draw anymore on the turn,likely he has A-3 or a Jack as well. I'm only likely to be beating J-9, J-8, and J-7

how much are u willing to risk with a medium strength hand and top pair? only play smallball? this is for tournament play

then fold it pre flop unless in CO, or Button. Otherwise it is just too vulnerable to being outkicked or even outplayed.
