Default Info on Lake Tahoe.

So I'm at Lake Tahoe right now for a few days for a trip with a friend whos only 20. He wants me to take him to play somewhere, but I have no idea what casinos have 18+ cardrooms or never ever check ID(I don't feel like chancing him getting carded and coming back). Thanks in advance.

Lakeside is still going? Is it just on the weekends or do they have games in the week too? How full is it? Any tourists or is it still 80% regulars/dealers?

Sorry for the hijack, but what are some nice places to stay in Tahoe. Preferably places with poker. Needs to be a decent place as the wife will be with me. Also, are casinos close together, or are they driving distance apart? Thanks for the info.

Any of these joints have regular 2/5 NL or up to 10/20 limit HE games running? I'll be heading up that way next month and the www.pokerinreno.com site only lists what games are spread. The poker room people are of no help as they all say "YEP, we spread it!" just like every other poker room in Nevada.

If I were going with the wife I'd chose MontBleu (which has poker).

The cleanest place I saw there was Caesar's. No poker room, but everything in Tahoe is like a 5 min walk apart tops, so you can play at Harvey's or Lakeside or whatever easily.
