Which Site Next?

Hey everyone. I play 200NL and I'm trying to see which site to go to next (via RakeBreak's available choices). Here are my options:

BetonBet
Absolute or Big Chip Poker
Eurobet

I'm sure this has been covered a million times. I'm just curious as to whether any are really good/bad based on clearance speeds, software quality, and, most importantly, soft competition. (I live on the NA East coast, and play a bit more in the day than at night.)
