Please help me list all kickback sites

As I know this has been discussed before (Yes, even by myself) but I would like to try and creat a definative list of all kickbacks sites.
I'll start it off and if you can contribute any others that would be great.

Is a kickback site just some place that gives out gifts? I'm a newb to poker bonuses.

they give you gifts for signing up to poker sites, usually with some requirements like having to play certain amount of hands etc.
generally, i think, that most kickbacks would range around the amount of $50~60 (or equivalent in their point system)
great "boo(g)ster" if you are trying to build up your bankroll . (finally found a way to fit boogster into a sentence,i never knew what it meant)

i think PSO still stands the best kickback sites, with good support and all, Boogster is the second biggest, but boogster isn't limited to poker, they have casinos sportsbooks and backgammon.
i quite like gamesgifts though,besides their slow crediting system.
VPP is ok, only done one deal through them, went smoothly, and ideal site if you want to get a Chipset as a gift if you live in the UK.
eCasinoDeals, fancy site but haven't tried.
