Default NL100 - CB vs short stack?

This feels like it should be easy, but I wasn't sure during the play of this hand.

Btn has ~$110.
Hero has ~$130. Probably has tight solid image.
BB has $28. With this stack, I assumed typical bad player, no specific read.

NL100 (5 handed)
Hero is dealt A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
Folded to Btn who raises to $3, Hero raises to $10, BB calls, Btn folds.

Flop is Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($23 pot)
Hero's action?

Villain has $18 left behind him. Is this a check/fold, bet/fold, bet/call, or other?

I agree this is a tuff one but I would have a hard time folding for a less that PSB so I would just go ahead and bet and likely put him all in. You have a strong hand with good draws. Bet and make note of his play.

Depends what villian's range preflop is? You're probably so [censored]. But you're not going to win the hand by checking. Sucks to be you. Check-fold might not be horrible. Will he fold 99-TT to a bet?

I'd push and pray, I think that's your most +EV move.
