Absolute dilemna

First, if this is the wrong place to post this, please forgive me, as I'm still a stranger. I recently signed up with an affiliate for AP. Not a problem. The apparent problem is that when I try to deposit at AP a screen comes up stating that my privacy level is too high, and that I would need to change it. I have checked, and my privacy level is within the acceptable range. I also made sure to allow AP through my firewall. Still no luck with AP. Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks in advance.
