Default AA, easy 4-bet fold??

I was a little tilted, the villan had been catching cards against me for 3 or 4 previous hands for decent pots, and the worst part was I accidently folded the nut straight to his trips the previous hand when I was switching my screen around. I thought he was screwing with me. Am I terrible for going all the way with this hand? BTW, I'm really not sure why I didn't pot the flop either. That would have been my typical play.

I can see where he might have a combo draw here...but that's the best case scenario, I'm afraid.

1) raise to 4 pf
2) pot flop first time around
3) On flop - button just 4-bet you all-in. I can find a laydown here.

question - what was your stack size?

yeah - two pair or set. AdJd is definitely within his range, but I think it's only a small part.

wslee- I raised pf to $3.50, I'm not sure why it came out $2.50. I had $180, he had $76 behind. I thought he was on a draw, even with the 4 bet. If I had the nut flush draw and I was him, this would be the play I would make. What would the 4 bet mean? JJ definitely, but he didn't raise pf (or 3 bet). Other than that a big draw is what I would put him on. Possibly 67 diamonds or 56 with a diamond.

yep...lay it down to the 4-bet unless you are very sure (~80%) that villian is full of it.

I think that is the good thing about the bet/3-bet line on the flop....it allows you to get away cheaply.

I would've been more scared of a call of your 3-bet. The villian let you get away cheaply.

It's fine. but just bet more on the flop. Don't give draws good odds to hit especially when you're likely to pay off.

Bet more preflop and on the flop.

Even if he has a draw, you're only a slight favorite (if at all). If he has you beat, you're probably a pretty big dog, so he has to be on a draw a LOT here for this to be a good call.
