The only solutions I can think of:
a. crawl under to the next stall, if it is being ocupied, either ask a brother to hook you up or,
b. time to clean out the wallet of all those damn receipts!!!

I was once in this situation. I used to roll. I was next to a sink so I wetted the cardboard before I used it. It worked quite well.
