I would reraise preflop for value and more important for the betting lead on the Flop. Then a 2/3 Potsized bet on the Flop.
As played, maybe you could lead out the Flop ? Does he really have AggroFactor 12? |

I would fold this too. I ve lost too many stacks with just one pair. C/C turn and river is possible too, but might become expensive if his bets are accurate.
