about $125 in the middle, about $40 to call, can't see how you can get away.

I'm fine with them. I almost never overbet the pot except for the odd overbet push, but $30 isn't that big an overbet.

Fine. If he flopped a flush, he flopped a flush. Pair the board on the river.

Why did you overbet on the turn, though?

it's fine. With 100BB stacks, if he flops a flush when you flop a set then you get stacked. it's that simple. Good flop and turn bet.

Don't worry about it. If the turn was a fourth heart then you would have something to think about.

I hate generalizations. That said, this is true the vast majority of the time. Only way I get away is against a very tight player on a really nasty board (for instance, JJ on an AKQJ monotone board or something of the like).

Aren't you generalizing here? Or did you mean you hate generalizations most of the time ?

Where is the decision? Is this a question about betting $30 instead of 25 on the turn? I don't know why you would do that, but obviously you instacalled this push, right?
