Default Stars $10: Weird PF A-I, call w/ QQ?

No great reads on villain and haven't had many hands with him. I just got to this table and it has been pretty loose and not so good. In my short experience, moves like this at this level have been made with less than premium hands like mid pp, AJ-K, and even A2s. I think I we see these hands enough to make our queens profitable. Also, do you simply call this or do you raise to isolate? I'm a tourney player trying out ssnl so is this a play that you use in ssnl? Thx.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (7 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Button ($5)
SB ($9.90)
BB ($4.05)
UTG ($4.15)
MP1 ($2.15)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

I call and push to a non A/K flop if anyone else comes along. I'm not sure if this is better than raising all-in preflop but I think at this level you could get guys calling the $4 preflop with crap like AJ but probably fold if you go all-in so I think calling preflop is probably better.
