Default Stars $11R | Straight running into resistance in a scary board

Situation : I'm new to the table, so no reads. In the 5 mins that I've been on the table, I haven't seen Villain get out of line, and I've been playing pretty tight as well.

Villain checks, BB checks, MP1 checks, Hero checks.

Turn: (t27600) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
Villain bets t20000, BB folds, MP1 folds, Hero ??

Final Pot: t47600

Questions
1. What's villain's range?
2. Howd you have played this differently?
3. As played, Hero??

It seems like Villain was going for a check-raise on the flop but wasn't able to execute it. He either has a set or a non-nut flush or maybe even something else like AQ. I think I may push here. You don't have many chips left and you are probably infront here. Only someone with two clubs has you beat here.

Please please please fold preflop. That call is really bad. Now that you're here, flop is fine and probably push the turn. His range probably has some flushes, some pairs with clubs, some sets he missed cr's with and some air.
