Default Varaince in FL 6-max

I'm still getting used to playing 6-max limit, and was wondering what is typical variance encountered in this game. What swings per 1000 hands do people experience, considering yourself a winning player (average 2BB/100)?

Day to day variance is largely dependant on the style of game you play, and how well you play it. 6max amplifies your natural variance, both because you are playing more hands per hour and because you have to open up your starting hand range & steal/defend the blinds more actively.

I can't really give you a more precise answer than that, sorry. You might want to try posting this question in the Short-handed Small Stakes forum, where people will at least have more pertinent data in their PT databases to share with you.

Just go to BBV. Over 1000 hands a 2BB/100 player could be down 200BB or up 200BB at 6 max. It is quite scary.
