Default AJo on FT - just push?

Stars $30. Shared a table with villain when we were down to two tables. He was CL at the time and was very aggressive but didn't double me up when I reraised all in on a flop I had monstered (which kinda sucked - I really thought he would). He's been quieter on final table and I have just started getting busy.

I'm asking elemenatry questions, I know. If we push here, why is that? Is there any argument for calling?

Stars $30. First prize is ~ $3k.

You have to push this. If you just call you will have only about 32k left and the pot will be about 20k post-flop. Anyways, your definitely ahead of his range here. He could have almost any PP, A8+, KQ, KJ, even KT.

With your stack it is obviously push/fold and with a hand like AJ 5 handed its too strong to fold.

Shove it all in there.

Yeah, I pushed AQo in a similar situation (4 at FT, CL raises) and got looked up by AKo... So what, it's still an easy push every time. AJo is a push here - the raise alone is 20% of your stack, no room to get cute and you may still have some FE if UTG is on a PURE steal with complete air...

It's fold or push, never call. 5-handed I image UTG is raising here with a plethora of hands. Just shove.

i would be inclined to shove, my only questions is the bet size seems a bit weird - was this normal for him/the table - little less then 2 times the pot), from utg no less? its almost begging someone to come at him which (weak=strong) makes me ponder -

having said that i still bang it 9 times out of 10 unless the bet size and his play just jumps out as so out of the ordinary

raising to 8500 at 1500/3000 isn't unusual in the least.
