Default .5/1: Pocket 10s vs. TAG

I wasn't sure to raise or fold in this situation facing MP2 who I can safely say is a solid TAG. UTG and MP1 are your typical fish.

This board texture & the read seems to strongly suggest 99, or JJ. A9 doesn't make sense. It's possible he's trying to get rid of you with AK/AQ. I think your options are 3-bet, call a cap, fold turn UI, or call down.

Call this down. If a blank falls on the turn, raise. At the moment you are ahead of everything besides JJ,QQ,KK,AA, a set, or if you are really unlucky, UTG or MP1 with 78. Its unlikely a 3bet on the flop will get anyone here to fold.

*grunch*

I would raise/fold most likely one of these guys has a pocket pair greater than yours and the other is raising something less than yours.

If you are willing to min/max this hand I would raise if not bail.

2 bets to the SB may get him to fold. If you can't get them to slow down I would bail on the turn.

I just noticed the flop callers. This is a lot like the TT / waiting-for-turn hand in SSHE.

Why would you raise here? I don't think its a value bet or you are going to get any information.

I don't get how these two statements are consistent.
