Fold to the raise. Even if CO is on a single A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] draw, he still has a ton of outs. It is very possible he has you absolutely crushed as well. You are OOP and there are lots of bad turn cards that can come.

I think everything else is OK.
