Post 3 Amazing Live Videos
Ripped off of KKF's thread, but specifically for live performances that rule:
Post 3 videos that make it clear how awesome live concerts are. Just a video of a band standing there playing their songs will be disqualified--try to find stuff that really showcases the possibilities of performance and makes you daaamn, I wish I was at that concert. Jesus Lizard--david gets capped with beer bottle...show over? Bonde do Role - Solta o Frango (feat. Cansei de Ser Sexy)Best Dance Party Eva? MC5 - Kick Out The jams (video quality is bad, but worth it for the insane solo from 1:23-2:52 Rock and Roll has saved my life many times...and probably will again... |

Re: Post 3 Amazing Live Videos
Thought not live, there's that one Arcade Fire clip that is super awesome. I'm gonna try and find it.
Edit: Ok, this isn't the one I was looking for but this is pretty awesome. Arcade Fire + David Bowie performing Wake Up live |

Re: Post 3 Amazing Live Videos
jaffa: Cool! But that Zep video was kinda limp...Its an OK song, but it's nada compared to their naaasty early appearances like This un (Dazed and Confused). (Check out 3:14 and onwards...)
dan: They're one of my favorite late 70s british pubrock bands. They had a biggish hit with Peaches and then kinda became a wimpy new wave band...But their first few albums were very ballsy. Another favorite: no more heroes |
