1-2 Live, flop is good, now what?

The game is live 1-2NL and it's pretty loose passive preflop. Everyone is kind of loose passive. Everyone have around 200 except for the button who's a huge calling station that has around 500 from stacking me earlier with his AA vs my KK. I have around 230.

I limped utg with J9s(spades). mp raised to 10. 3 callers. SB and BB fold. I call.

Flop: Jh 4s 7s (around $50)

I have $230 left and 4 players behind me with pfr directly after me. What do I do?

If PFR is certain to C-bet then check and hope that PFR c-bets and gets some calls before you check raise.
