All of the above, naturally.

It took me a second to realize this wasn't .50/1.00. I naturally assumed due to bet size. This has to be the best hand i've ever seen.

I find it relaxing to say, 'damn, if you don't want your cards i'll take them.' Not really bereducating, they'd be too dumb to have a clue about what you're talking about.
