So I ordered an ipod from the PP store and expecting it to take the 6 weeks like my PS2 did I ordered it before leaving for vegas. However, they shipped it right away and before I got back it was already on its way back to the sender. So I send an email and get this response:
Dear Ryan, Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately we will not be able to resend the product once it has come back to us however we have gone ahead and refunded 75000 Points back to your account. This actually is kinda standard. I know it seems retarded, but lots of companies do it this way.
Tho it is very shocking that party actually refunded your points, and that they answered your question correctly on the first email response. |
