Default Chain Restaurant Secret Dishes

I eat out at restaurants almost daily. I have come across a several off the menu items that are very tasty. Here are some:

PC Chang's

Chang's Spicy Shrimp

This isn't on the menu but it is similar to Changs Spicy Chicken. This version is superior to chicken version.

Macaroni Grill

Mac and Cheese

Not on the menu but you can order it. It is a very good homemade Mac and Cheese.

Maestro restaurants

They rarely mention it but you can do any steak "Maestro style" which is a concoction of dijon mustard with other spices and topped with blue cheese. Awesome!!

Also Famous Dave's bread pudding is probably the best $6 dessert around and I am not even a big bread pudding fan.

OK OOT let's here some others to try!

encheladas verde - works at any mexican restaurant.

fajita pizza - works at Uno Chicago Grill, the chain that is. was an old menu item w/ grilled chicken, peppers, onions, you get the picture.

sam's rolls - yokoso in milwaukee, one of the only decent suchi places in the state as far as i know. throwing that out there incase anyone is local. it's like sushi...fried

I always ordered macaroni and cheese at Macaroni Grill when I was kid's menu age, but then I grew up and I kept ordering it anyway. I love it.

Homemade mac 'n cheese is one of the best things in the world. Seriously, regardless of category.
