Default (60) JJ overpair, fold?

Both opponents are regulars and fairly tight. Standard? I figure best case scenario i'm flipping vs a hand like AQh.

Early in a tournament with deep stacks it's pretty much limpfest. I sometimes re-raise with JJ preflop, even if an UTG player raises. t60 = low, everyone will limp and take a shot. You can also see that your re-raise preflop would be okay this time (UTG checked and folded). He probably had high cards and hit nothing. Between MP2 and CO, I'm guessing someone hit two pair/set.

I might reraise preflop.

Given your line, I like flop bet, but I would fold to that smallish raise every time.

I think I'll fold this with all that action on the flop. With so many people in the pot a set could be there.
