Tough Situation with AQo in BB

Just after the third break in the Bodog 100k. I have a strong stack of 33k which is about 2x the average. Villain has 27k which is also a solid stack. Blinds are 400/800 A100. Villain really hasn't been getting out of line too much.

In this hand, he raised to 4000. Standard raises have been around 2400 since the blinds went up. I have AQo in the big blind. What is my move?

Edit to add: Villain is two off button.
