Default Party 5/10 Proper way to minimize overpair loss?

Just moved back up and don't recognize anyone at table..How big a river bet can I call?

That was my first thought as well but I wouldn't do it in this case since I really don't think lesser one-pair hands are even calling a min-raise. I usually call up to half-pot, anything more and it becomes very opponent-dependent.
