starluck support, strangest thing

while this maybe a post more relavant to affiliate/rakeback section, i'm posting here as it involves the support.

i was trying to sign up as an affiliate, but i coudln't find the link in Starluck/planetluck websites.

so i try to ask support but the WEIRDEST thing happens.

the chat window show up, they request my id & security details, i answer, then ask "how can i sign up as an affiliate?"

then BAM, the window freezes, well sort of. i can still type, but none of the things i typee apperas in the chat window anymore,
and the message at the bottom says "[cs staff] is typing a message.."
but no message ever appears,and i'm stuck there typing and pressing enter without getting any interaction.

i tried it 4 times and it seems to freeze everytime, only everytime when i mention anything related to affiliate stuff.
WTF? is this intentional?

i'm hoping someone tries it out themselves and write back here.

I had the same problem...they are total retards too. Use the phone its way easier after about five times I just gave up cuz they ask the same questions every fn time.
Then they act like they dont' remember talking to you like 5 seconds before.
